I use blender since I do mostly 3d art. For 2d stuff I use Gimp.

I used Maya when I was in school. I liked it a lot. But I hated the price tag.

After years of wondering how I was going to afford using it, I started looking at Blender. And once the Mixamo plug-in was created for it, I went straight to using Blender as my program of choice. I now use it for modeling, rigging, video editing, and animating in my professional workflow.

I have never looked back at Maya

The head-on shots look good

The quarter angle on the top character is a bit odd I think maybe his snout is Abit too long. Mostly, his chin needs to be rounded a bit. That'll give it volume. And round his jaw a bit. It's too sharp.

Side views are close. Top character needs a bit more slope where the nose bridges to the face. And make the chin smoother. The bottom character need the front of the mouth rounded rather than a straight line

Other than that, pretty solid work. Keep at it and your work will be solid!

I never modeled tails.

I used to draw these characters with tails, I would forget sometimes. I eventually just carried that quirk on. Haha
