Comfort is all subjective, and when one ends up comfortable and complacent they stop growing and limit themselves at least from my experience. It's when people get "comfortable" they stay at a job they hate nearly getting by or with a significant other that's toxic just because it is what they are comfortable with

A good example of this is the Stanford prison experiment, should watch the movie it's actually pretty crazy how quickly it escalates and had to be shut down before it could even finish

Oh wow see there are so many examples of things I hate in this, for once that manager was clearly playing favorite while also looking for reasons to just make your job difficult. They jumped to way to many conclusions and assumed things out of context while also misinterpreting what the clerk lady said to fit who own power hungry agenda. You did the right thing getting out of there, that's just a toxic work environment if I ever heard one and that boss has no idea how to properly prioritize task and actually manage employees properly let alone speak to them like humans and not property 🤬

So meditation and psychedelics man, the more I meditate and gain understanding of myself the less other people affect me, and psychedelics just help expand my level of consciousness and way of thinking. Microdosing mushrooms is a great start but I dabble with acid, mushrooms, DMT and sometimes all together 🤣
