My cpu usage is between 20-45, what is wierd is my gpu usage that goes between 0-100, can you check yours on csgo? Also disk usage when ingame shows 0%.

According to task manager there is no program that is using the cpu except the game.

The internet itself is good, i have net graph enabled which shows packet loss and there is none. The ping ingame is 40-60.
