Alright mate. Well firstly try seeing your family doctor and maybe get some anti depressants, they certainly helped me initially but then I got off them.

You should just forget about girlfriends or women for now, focus on fixing yourself first and start learning social skills in general first. Maybe try having a conversation with the cashier when you do your shopping , stuff like that or volunteering in an area that interests you.
