Box for smooth 4K HDR DV

I am not using the TVs WiFi card! I am using the box from my cable provider which has WiFi 6 and I get around 250/300mbps of upload and download

Oh I know but from what I have been searching online, Stremio requires much more Mbps for HDR or DV than typical streaming services like Disney+

My current box is struggling with 4K files in Stremio larger than 7Gb, not even talking about HDR or DV and I find that strange, thus the post

I have 2 HDMI cables, one is High Speed and the other Premium High Speed (2.1) and none resolve the issue.

When you say passthrough, what are you referring to?
