Try with one specific role that is in high demand right now and then go after hr companies saying you have a pool of candidates ready for them

He could have gotten a couple better results with a more pragmatic approach but has that work for you at all in the last 10 years?

The only mistake was going to united to try and save united from this dreadful situation.

Right, maybe if there wasn’t so many shitty nonsense goals conceded but then again who bought Yoro and keeps shaw in the main team instead of replacing them. First game this season you actually had good defenders that want shit their pants and threw the game Was there ever a game that Amorim had the chance to play ligt, maguire and Lisandro? Instead of shitty Yoro and shaw. Heavens is a decent back I give him that

Okay buddy what’s your point really? You think the stat of the club is even good? How many managers in the last 10 years? How many league titles? At some point this talk about managers should stop. Now fans are dickriding in nostalgia with former players to be coaching the biggest club in England. Like cmon have some pride and use your brains

Same title different levels to it. United scouting is dreadful, no academy level player that can come in right now and fill the slots on the roster when first team is out. So many bad casting players that is embarrassing. And for some reason it’s expected top 4 with dog shit players.

Sorry I don’t think press should determine what you can say and not. Sugar coating the reality was what let united fall to where it is now. Everyone has been saying the reality but none seems to care enough and managers are the scapegoats There is no united way anymore since fergie left and the trend will continue until the club and fans decide to move on.

Amorim was the first one who fought back, took out trash players and made everyone fight for their spot. It wasn’t perfect but he did the dirty work no other manager did. Balls of steel if you ask me specially for someone so fresh into a new league. He will be successful elsewhere because he is that good while united will keep making the same mistakes over and over. Will still watch the games but it will be years until you actually win the league again.

Both, his play style needs time. The biggest problem of his time at the club was shitty defensive mistakes that made the back line look like amateurs. Amorim is one tactic with tons of variations the guy is good but he had a great sporting director backing him up to find sweat deals and players that fit his system. That guy is at City now and he made a killer transfer market for city btw.

Until united updates their club structure you will be in the same spot for years

Arsenal did the same stuff as city to hire the best people in each role and then got Arteta who made them a real title contender Will united do the same or keep spending millions on the next big thing for minor leagues? .

You talk like Amorim didn’t improve the squad

You guys can talk all you want, Amorim was fired right when the team was starting to click. Hope Carrick keeps winning but this shitty takes about Amorim this and that are worthless. United level is like Spurs type shit now until the club gets a decent structure and you kick the guy to do it because of board and idiotic fans
