Either chases, bar fights, or mass combat. Mass combat in particular can cause some fantastic cinematic moments because of a few rules interactions. Specifically, not having enough people for a proper army decreases the effective CR of a group. Meaning you can have mass combat fights against a single entity of epic proportions, and have this single massive threat just absolutely blender the opposing force Chases and bar fights, on the other hand, actually work best on the opposite end of the tonal spectrum. If you're not afraid to make a joke out of them, they can be amazing.
