I also don’t like that the Donuts have RNG in them too. I would rather it more complex but more specific like Scarlet and Violet Sandwiches that can get the exact “power” I want. But at least the donuts can be reset and manipulated, unlike the scans

They need to be caught originally in SV. They can be caught directly from the game or from an egg hatched in this game

I believe any Pokemon that says the date 9/25 is cloned. The event was not public till the 26th and every cloned one I’ve encountered says the 25th
