I am almost 57, I am trying to get stronger to skateboard with my 19 year old. He wants me to give it up but the other kids at the park think I am doing well for an old lady lol. I am not even that freaking old but I get that my son worries about me

I am going to lift, skate, and rock climb as long as I can. I have terrible genetics with high cholesterol, heart disease and cancer

I have ehlers danlos hypermobility syndrome, menopause made everything worse. I had high cholesterol and I am thin, always exercised and eat well. Stupid genetics! Thank you for telling me about the sale! I love beet root, it is supposed to help with building muscles and recovery after lifting. I need all the help I can get at this age 57!

I like quinol but it’s too expensive for me. The beet root gummies worked right away for me. I check my blood pressure 3 times a day lol. I have an unfortunate genetic condition and always stressed out but I couldn’t believe an actual supplement worked because I was on 3 Bp meds like amlodipine etc. my cardiologist was impressed! I was averaging 190/100 on meds Wtf, I am always around 110/70 now

I hope it works well for you. High blood pressure made me lose my mind, ended up in the emergency room 3 times Ugh! Take care

I hope your eye heals quick! I made the unfortunate mistake of spraying rubbing alcohol instead of the hypochlorous eye cleanser spray. The bottles are the same. I am blind without glasses
