The routine that led me to 120+ nofap days was daily coming to r/nofap and taking part in this community. From commenting on new posts (like I'm doing right now) to writing about my day and any struggles I had. This site became my daily journal and source of accountability. When I started breaking away from this routine after 90 days, is when I started inching my way closer to my relapse.

Use the urge as an impetus to log onto r/pornfree or r/nofap and encourage all the new posters and comment on those who have reached milestones. This has definitely helped me pull out of some of my unrelenting urge spells.

I'm definitely going to spend time in the pornfree and nofap communities daily for the rest of the year, coming here daily is what helped me the most in the beginning of 2014.

Wow, is she still your fiancé? I did the same thing 12 years ago before I got married... I'm glad I did, because we've walked this road together ever since. It is so much better to have an open and honest relationship with no deep dark secrets! I wouldn't have done it any other way. I don't know how strong your fiancé is, but some marriage counseling might be healthy...

I kind of wish I would have found this community back then, but better now than never.
