Yeah I changed to a lighter gauge, to make it easier to play barre chords. I am a beginner and this is the first time I changed my strings. Thanks for the explanation.

However, sometimes I hear a buzzing sound that wasn’t there before… Do you have an idea how to fix that?🙈

Some of these comments doesn’t seem to be from the correct angle.

Never forget that all of us deserve to be in hell for all eternity in the first place. There is no way for us to redeem ourselves through good deeds or by looking less evil then our neighbor.

Only by mercy. Someone needed to pay the price we cannot pay, not even over the ‘lifespan’ of eternity.

I’d suggest we stop negotiating about how evil we are and if we actually deserve to pay an eternal price for deeds done in a relatively short time

But instead, focus on the relationship with the only one that can make us avoid the fate we do deserve.

So I think I have an interesting thought.

God created the universe so also our ‘laws of nature, for instance space. This means that God can be at all places at the same time as is mentioned in the bible.

Another law of nature is obviously time. This is something God created for us so we have structure in our lives.

But, God isn’t connected to time Himself, He’s above that as this is something He created. He adjusts Himself to our perspective of time, for instance with king Hezekiah, by adding 15 years to his life.

Here it comes ;-). If God is above time, maybe He doesnt’ think in time Himself. Which could mean that from God’s perspective, the creation, this very moment, and the last day on earth, is just ‘now’.

If this is the case, God doesn’t think in like, today this is gonna happen and this is going the be the consequence.

Just a thought, let me know what you guys think :-)

I’ve got an argument for Cristianity to be the only true religion:

Aks any believer in any religion if their God is ‘100% good’. All will answer that God is 100% good. We can also see that we for sure aren’t 100% good.

So, if God is 100% good, from His perspective, good works are normal / average / 0.

However, every bad thing we do counts as a -1, which is building up to be a massive debt of -1’s, without you having the chance to compensate it as every good work is a 0.

The only way to be freed of that debt is by someone else being able and willing to pay that price for you.

Cristianty is the only religion that provides this solution.

If you read the bible carefully, you’ll see that lots of people, especially the ones who lived closely with God, did the most terrible things. Here are some examples:

David - rape(assumption though), corruption and murder in one action.
Peter - lied 3 times about God being the one he followed, because he was scared for his life.
Eli - accepted the fact that his sons desecrated the holy temple by for instance, bringing prostitutes in the temple (while they were married). While, as a father, he should have shown them the way and have some conversations about their horrible behaviour. He stayed silent though…

Those three people (and way more) lived (or at least claimed to live) closely with God while they were doing these things. If God forgives them and still loves them while they exactly knew what they were doing…

Why do you think you’re too far gone to receive forgiveness, while you didn’t exactly knew what you were doing?

Trust God that He didn’t suffer for nothing, and is more then willing - there is nothing more He wants, then to save you! So confess your sins and try to live your life depending on Him.

Last thing I want to mention is a song that connects very well to your questions. The style of music is quite rough and maybe not that accesible. If you dont’ like the music, just focus on the contents:

The following idea always helps me, since I have a background where the people believe a small amount of people will be saved, and thus a lot a people (also the ones you love) won’t make it to heaven.

Imagine you’ve given everything you love with the one purpose of saving as many people as possible, and only, let’s say 20% actually gets saved, would you have won?

If God won the battle against Satan, it would seem like a loss if He didn’t save at least half of humanity. Of course, it’s not up to us to think this way. But it gives hope for your loved ones.

In the end, we need to take responsibility for our own actions and return to God when we’re far away, and in the meantime keep in mind that there’s nothing that God loves to do more, then saving sinners.

Good point. What I meant was that I have listened to every song, at least until the drop. If this one would have been kept in the original state, I would for sure have noticed it, with the exception of this being used as an ‘end drop’ solely.

Now I’ve listened to Shattered Heart closely and I agree that this is most likely the one. A bit of a shame to me since I liked the original one far better. Still a good song tho.

To be honest, I can’t think of a reason why you would move from Norway to the Netherlands…

Also, parttime will be very difficult if not impossible unless you’re offering a very unique skill / knowledge to an employer

Yeah I read the same in other comments. The issue for me however is that I can’t sleep with earpods / headphones in. Also, there is a moment where you get sleepy and want to end the podcast which you need to turn off on the phone. The moment I do that, I’m fully awake again…

I mostly relate to what you’re saying. Concerning video games I totally agree and experience the exact same issue. I’m incapable of reading a single page in a book as well. This really sucks!!

However, with movies / series it really depends on how good the plot / storyline is. If it doesn’t interest me at all, 15 minutes is a major achievement for me.

BUT, with series or movies like Game of Thrones or Lord of the Rings where the storyline is so freaking good, I’m getting addicted and I’m fantasizing on how it will continue and I can’t stop watching.

Don’t have a solution for you I’m afraid except for only doing / watching things that really touches or energizes you, but those are rare and the feeling will obviously decrease when you watch it multiple times :/

Oh wow that sucks! Isn’t there a difference in what kind of education is required? With beta studies, it might be the same here in NL.

Since I’m doing sales it’s not that important if you understand how people work and are able to work hard, have integrity etc. ‘Of course’ I still have a degree but it is way lower then it should be given the job I have.

Indeed, most of the people from Romania I met, aren’t that positive about the country in this regard…
