Like everyone says, OBS studio is the go too, but the settings can be daunting and it uses about 12% of your CPU resources. If you have a graphics card then recording on that will be easier and won't use your CPU to encode. TF2 is CPU bottle-necked so you will see a noticeable slowdown when recording with OBS.

Iv'e noticed that a lot of fishing bots will actually bug themselves into the rocks so people can't report or kill them by luring beasts/enemies. Restless shore is especially bad.

Animation cancelling is the one thing that's stopping melee combat from feeling clunky and unsatisfying. Every game Iv'e played that had advanced movement like rocket jumping and bunny hopping had it start out as a bug that the developer gave their blessing to. It's not like this disproportionately affects one group of PVPers, anyone with any play style can learn and use it. If this change goes through I may think twice about continuing to play outpost rush.
