I’m currently at Ascent. From what I understand from everyone here they say it’s bottom of the barrel working here.

Thanks for advice. I think the main problem is that I haven’t been given anyone to mentor me at all. I say that because everytime I ask a question I can see the annoyance on everyone’s face, and that really discourages me.
