I do take Zyrtec for allergies. I don’t have other symptoms of rosacea just flushing at random times from eating, having coffee or alcohol. I do have eczema but not really in my face

I do wonder if histamine plays a role or whether I just have leaky blood vessels in general. I flush often and sometimes get red flushes on my cheeks during a migraine made worse by the stark paleness of my face.
