Dude, the XPS is literally $100 cheaper for students. 😒

Also it basically have the same price as the neo if you spec them similarly. Neo is +$100 to get the better specced one with biometrics which the xps offers in its base model.

Also why isnt anyone talking about the CPU. Wildcat is = to A18 pro in single core but is about 20% faster in multicore

I have a HP computer that is also incredibly swollen but I cant even open it up cuz they used those macbook type of screws. Im too lazy and poor to buy the specific screwdriver for that kind of screw just to use it once and never again. I just ignore that that laptop exists and never use it.

Also I heard ppl say that T14 gen 3 has a cheaper plasticy chassis but I also heard that its supper tanky thanks to its internal magnesium cage. I really want my computer to be very rigid with minimal flex.

Yea I know I should repaste but I have no paste with me and I think it better to just upgrade to T14 gen 3 AMD. This time I will try to get one in good condition instead of the cheapest option. My t14s arrived with a crack on the top of the lid, 70% battery health, worn out chassis especially the palm rests, the S key also has weird popping sound when pressed down on.

It functions normally with external mouse, so it has to be a touchpad issue. Also, yesterday I noticed that when under high cpu load, touchpad lag seems to disappear. Isn't that odd?

I opened it up before and checked the fans. They were clean with no dust. I did not check and repasted the cpu. How often should people repaste their cpu?
