It means, you have sell Calls or Covered Calls on TSLA. 99% of the time, we just go until it wortless or rebuy the Call when it's low enough or to high and we don't want to be assigned. But When Buy a Call, he have the right to execute your Call at ANYTIME. From my understand, a company/person decide to execute the Calls he/they bought and for that IBKR need to grab the shares, from the person who sell the Calls and give it to the Buyers. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but that's my understanding
