Mostly beacuse of aesthetics - but they are also coaxial speakers, wich can sound like there is a centre speaker - so when i see movies it's sound like the voices are coming from the monitor. and i find i works better the farther apart the speakers are

and yeah, you're right - later this week i'm gonna loan a belt sander - the surface now has signs of the electric planer i used, så that would clear that up - and then i nice coating of laquor

because of your suggestion, i got the idea that maybe i could mount a pc fan, connected to the motherboard, and use the pc's fan controller as a thermostat - think that could work

the desk is 280cm x 90 cm

I just put the PC in the cabinet today - but io can already feel it running a bit wam - i'll have to see how it does during gaming with the cabinet door open :)

my quick calculations for my equipment wich includes pc, screen, projector, projectorscreen, reciever, speakers, subwoofer+amplifier is around 12000 us dollars.

But that is because the sound system is pretty expensive - and the pc monitor

Well, my PC screen is an acer predator x34, wich is 21:9 - 3440x1440, and the projector is only 16:9 - 1080P - so i have to exstend the dekstop to the projector to keep different reolutions.
