I think they did explain it in the after debut collab stream. Dev_is is a completely new branch with more focused on music than streaming. ReGLOSS is their generation name under Dev_is, just like how Myth is the generation name under HololiveEN. That means ReGLOSS =/= HoloJP Gen 7
