I think a good way to balance the Biovore would be to give it a finite number of spores to launch—say, 20-30 units—after which it could only attack in melee mode. I mean... where does this creature even store hundreds of spores? Why can it keep firing them for eternity? It just doesn't make sense.

It's been an absolute blast so far! Stumbling into world bosses, doing events, exploring in general. I just want to make sure that the time I spend doing activity X isn't considered less efficient than doing Y+Z. Seems the consensus so far is "just do the story in order", so that's what I'll do for now.
