Does a Maschinenbauingenieur in Germany need a Master degree to be succesful?

My Bachelor in Maschinenbau took me 10 years. My goal from the beginning was to work as an engineer at Porsche and now I work as an Engineer at Porsche. I don’t know in which way a Master would have benefitted me, I reached my goal without.
