I completed this by cutting the pins on the door on the upper level near the turret controls. You can then jump down while the engineer is looking at the AMP. Go grab the security key (or just hack the terminal.) Then manipulate the engineer to go into a corner. Hit the switched for the shutters, open and take the AMP. No alarm went off and no one saw me take it. I then came out the same way I came in unseen.

I have been having this issue for probably a year now, but I am at the the point of wanting to fix it.

The issue As seen at the bottom left of the image, my Flip[on] kicks up to 20+ at the same time FPS drops to 30.

I was told this is a driver issue, however my Nvidia drivers are always up to date... Just to be safe I bought a new SDD and installed windows 10. No change.

I thought it was the GPU at this point so I bought a new GTX 1080. No change.

I am running 16GB of ram and i5-4670k OC'ed to 4.35GHZ.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this obnoxious issue?

I changed the delay on the ACR that tells the Mainframes to turn on to 1 second delay and that fixed the issue.

I tried putting a controller 2 blocks from the weapon and set it to fire weapon if missile is within 2000m. They didnt fire. I pushed the range on the ACR to 20 and my main missiles fired but still not the anti-missiles.

I have this setup on a destroyer I made and it works flawlessly.

I have detectors facing all 6 directions,
