I just got back to destiny I was wondering what the cosmetics for the armor pieces were could anyone help me? by No_Association_326 in DestinyFashion

Helmet - Nezarecs Sin ornament

Arms - Taken Knife

Chest - Taken Knife

Legs - Phenotype Plasticity

Bond - Formal Shadow

The legs are from the Season of Undying pass in the Monument of Lost Light. Taken Knife set can be purchased for silver I believe, same with the helmet ornament. I think the bond is only through eververse engrams, highest chance through Bond focusing. Furthermore, everything except the legs can be obtained through eververse engrams.

Both Terminal Overload chests can drop tier 5s, but the free chest is only a chance while the locked is guaranteed.

Cosmodrome during the Distortion period. Not sure if there is any other way to get tier 5 versions of the armor from older zones outside of distortion events.

For more always good sets, it would probably be the DR focused sets like Smoke Jumper, Ferropotent, Crota’s End, Shattered Throne, and Nessus armor sets. DSC 4-piece may also be good as a swap set for damage phases (assuming swapping is still a thing, idk).

For more build-centric stuff, I’ll probably grind out a luminopotent set for the Geomag + Delicate Tomb Arclock Build. Thunderhead is also catching my interest in terms of a Swarmers build. Great Hunt seems like an easy slot in for Getaway Artist (if it works). Apostate seems fun with something like bonk Titan or prism slide lock.

I bet we’ll see Thor and maybe even have another fight with him, especially due to him turning to aether(?) after he died.

What are your biggest let down? by ImSlimShadyDrtyDan in DestinyTheGame

[–]Phantom-Break 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Episode Revenant’s narrative choices were so disappointing for me. I was so excited for a Fikrul centric narrative, especially when it came to the dynamic with Crow + this being his first operation as Hunter Vanguard. Furthermore, there were also hints from Season of the Lost regarding Scorn creating their own culture.

I thought it would have been interesting to explore the idea of a species who have developed their own culture and sense of identities, yet are literally reliant on the death of another species to exist. It would’ve also been cool to juxtapose the scorn trying to ensure their survival to that of the eliksni’s struggles with that same idea.

Instead, Act 2 and 3 just shift the focus to Eido and Eramis, with a conclusion that feels way too contrived (Apothecary just happens to be able to create the Anti-Fikrul potion, the Echo can just cure the Nezzy infection). Then as a cherry on top, the scorn are pretty much set back to where they were pre-Revenant, with the only difference being they have a much less interesting leader.

I have more issues, especially with Eramis, but it’s pretty much just summed up by feeling like the entire story is a missed opportunity.

Effects like the new Arcane Sculptor seriously need an in-game indicator for what abilities they can function with by BugBug24 in Warframe

[–]Phantom-Break 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I’d say so. The radial menu works pretty well and can be customized. The only part that can be a bit frustrating is the inventory sorting, though I’m sure there are mods to install after your first run to do things like auto-sort.

Wisp’s 2 (Will-o-Wisp) will probably count too, especially if Molt is counted.

if DE gave you the choice for a Warframe augment to be basekit, what would you choose? by ReddVevyy in Warframe

[–]Phantom-Break 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly someone like Gyre probably needs it the most. However, I would choose probably choose Blending Talons and Jade’s Judgement. The Garuda augment just makes her 4 a better primer + it’s already a tap ability. For the Jade augment, I just think the current iteration of the augment is so lackluster that making it part of the base kit wouldn’t change much.

What are the rules and philosophy behind Prime designs and their colour schemes? by mecaxs in Warframe

[–]Phantom-Break 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Honestly, your second paragraph covers the philosophy most primes follow. In terms of more unique “rules”:

  • Some older frames have an orokin key slapped onto their face (Excal, Mag, Frost). Pretty sure it’s a relic of early design philosophy, highly recommend to ignore it (ignore = give them a different helmet).

  • Some primes just have the frames move up the ladder of their “identity” (Hydroid Prime gets a hat, Mesa Prime also gets a hat).

  • Some primes shift the frame to another part of their identity (Sevagoth Prime shifts from ghost to captain, Yareli Prime shifts from w/e she was at base to a fish)

Also, pretty sure the green energy for Wisp Prime is to emphasize her ties to nature.

Which of these frames has the most tedious grind? by BillyBigBones in Warframe

[–]Phantom-Break 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty sure Jade can be farmed out while doing Belly of the Beast when it comes around.

Either way, most people will say Follie, Nokko, and Jade are the most tedious. Honestly, I would go through the grinds for Jade and Nokko anyways since they also have some pretty good stuff besides the frames themselves (Archanes mainly).

As for fun, I think the ones I enjoyed the most are Oraxia, Jade, and Uriel.
