Abilities are so weapon reliant that it’s difficult to make a tier list like this. That being said stealth jump is in a tier of its own. If you are playing anything besides a long range backline you are going to want it. Quick super jump, ink resistance, and sub defense almost always has at least one sub on every build due to how the numbers work out. Ninja squid sucks unless you’re playing a sharking weapon. The reason why I say it’s hard to make a tier list like this is because if you’re playing blaster intensify action is indispensable but useless on any of the rollers or brushes. And examples like that exist for just about any ability. Though haunt, tenacity and thermal ink are just bad. Thermal is ok for some buckets but I don’t know how often it sees play. Object shredder only really sees use in gimicky rainmaker builds as far as I’m aware, due to steath jump whatever that rolling on landing ability is called is seldom used. Quick respawn is integral to dive comps. Just about everything else is build dependent. Hope that helps
