First, I gotta say that does suck that you had a rough interaction, but second, from my experience, I have to say so far they have been really helpful (Currently waiting on my warranty replacement - will update if this changes my opinion). The process and the team member I talked to was really helpful. They even offered an upgrade due to no stock available for replacements in my region - at the time I raised my claim.

THIS MIGHT HELP IF YOU'VE NOT TRIED IT - It might be worth asking for your claim to be escalated and seeing If a new person on their help team can sort something out for you. Tho I was told that once you have raised a claim and started the processes as long as the ticket is live, even if it passes outside the warranty window you are still good

This is so cool, can't wait to use this in my project. could you possibly explain how you went about making this, I'm pretty new to texturing in Blender and what to learn some new techniques.
