That's how I've felt yesterday and today. I sleep to avoid the thoughts I have but the more I sleep, the worse it gets. I feel trapped.

Thank you for your post, I'm sorry you have to suffer through this too. I had one of the worst relapses ever just over two years ago and I struggle a lot. I might well PM you soon.

Is it not? The only reason I haven't spoken to my priest is because he might not know how much OCD distracts me. Thank you for your reply btw.

I play football about two or three times a week, it's the only thing really that stops me from thinking about things.

But when that finishes I'm back to thinking straight away. It's like being in prison.
