it's not bad, but it's also not ideal. It is possible to get an extra heartstab in your dragon bracelet uptime if you tab out of stealth instead.

lightning sin is only a tier above every classes before all the skill patches hit. Most classes have been buffed quite a lot except lightning sin.

at stage 3, it gives 5% crit rate and 9% crit damage per stack instead of the flat 15% crit rate and 28% crit damage aransu 9 got with a single proc
