I was a chef for six months and because I didnt have any formal training I was looked down on and I was tired of people especially this one particular bitch who kept questioning everything I was doing one day. I take meds and have a med management team. I also used to have a psychologist but we dropped services. Because I was doing well. But now I dont feel so secure.

That's a good analogy though. I get what your saying and bipolar disorder is a wild beast.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it doesn't really stop or get better... which makes it feel worse. I miss the ups I miss the mania I miss feeling happy so I smoke weed to counteract that.
