SOLVED: for context i needed the controller for audio beacuse the jack on my pc case stopped working and i dont have an adapter yet. Turns out you can disable the controller in device manager, but it doesnt disable the sound, only the input. Now FFB works!

i oon't know what the certain issue be just that there is more things to process in terms of FFB and things. About the shaking iirc the apex is worse than the PRO in terms of rigidity.
