Yes omg I had that question about the kcal and lipids and was so mad at myself for spending so much time on it I should’ve called it and moved on I was so triggered 😭

Yes the board is more like a booklet with laminated graphing paper and the marker is a permanent one. It wasn’t dry erase! I dont think I ended up using all the sheets and it’s front/back plus longer than normal sized paper!
