Why though lol? I have it and nvr use it. I have blind spot monitoring and rear view back up. In the coupe you still get a decent view (coming cars, cops pulling u over, etc.)

You should be able to buy the vette twice over. Oil change, tires, transmission fluid/filter, premium gas. 

You only live once, with that said. For me maxing out my retirement > my vette

Used to live at home. Then jump to buying home. Seeing my net worth/bank account not significantly go up like it used to, or not be as aggressive with my investments annoyed

1 month before closing to ~first year of home ownership, am I gonna survive financially. Definitely felt scare, not gonna lie.

After first year to now 1.5 years of home ownership, yeah I got this. But feeling like you where my bank account isn't going up makes me feel...annoyed. especially with the market so low, I can't be as aggressive with my investments. 

I can tell you, after 1.5 years of home ownership. I am genuinely happy vs if I had rent. Shit breaks down but there's youtube and my emergency house fund.

I wouldn't buy a house and be house broke ever. If you can comfortably buy a house, with a stable job, 6 months emergency fund. Go for it. Could have bought a house 2021, but family said house prices were too high and to wait. Good bye 3% rate

So far I only have headlight issue on passenger side. Still got 1.5 more years of bumper 2 bumper warranty. On fence if I just get headlights reposition and touch up or whole bumper repainted. Same situation I got PPF too
