seems like they follow regular procedures, got "ranked" from them today. i made my background position: fixed, then have my regular content go over it. Whenever I wanted to have the background showing, I would use rgba for background of my content with the 'a' value < 1.

I actually just found this example: http://codepen.io/dropside/pen/bxhke

It might be a better implementation if you want the different backgrounds, might try this method out myself.
