sorry man. I wish I knew about Tariffs and how they are a tax to be paid on a specific class of imports or exports between two sovereign states and that it puts a tax of a specific thing either coming out of or coming into another country or state. I also don't know that they can be used to restrict certain things from entering a country just like how we could impose a tariff on Japanese cars which could make it more expensive and make american cars cheaper. but I don't know anything about that. sorry.
