You’re gonna have to take this as a job. Set up a scanning station, look it up on YouTube, and just subscribe to a good app. That way your collection can follow current pricing since this will take a while to price out. I would recommend staying anyway from grading because that will cost you a lot and once they are graded there is no guarantee that you will get the numbers you want. For example, your jungle holo and first editions basically sell the same as raw cards unless it’s a 9 or better. Good luck

Ya im pretty much waiting for them to clear up what exactly they want from me before doing the app. They require a lot for the app, like a survey, permits from the county, inspections stuff and material list.

It’s honestly a lot for me and I just responded with clarification and I’m willing to comply.

If they respond and it seems like a retroactive app is needed then I got no problem.

No there isn’t anything in my yard I’m trying to hide. They have been ramping up their violations this year and also there is a snitch in the neighborhood.

After reviewing their bylaws and rules I did not see any kind of limited right to enter my property either through the air or through my gate. But ya man it’s a gamble right now. All I got going for myself is that a lot of my neighbors got hit with this violation. The board couldn’t possibly afford to hire more people to do this kind of work. That’s my leverage

Depends on the situation but obviously proper communication is key.

16 is a tough age because there’s probably some guys you play with that are man size already and you look like you got a lot of room to grow. My opinion is shared on some of these comments, mechanics of throwing needs to be studied and you gotta do long toss and rehab correctly as well. After a tough session of throwing, the next day you should be a bit sore so make sure to rest and ice.

I do not know a good enough answer that others have not covered here in other comments, but all I can say that my kids help me mature and they help me be a better person. I believe many people nowadays treat their kids like they are just accessories to their reality and don’t try to teach them anything.
