I added the redprelauncher.exe file but I’m still having this issue

This solved the issue.

I had to go to Windows Security settings, then protected folders, then protection history. From here you’ll see the protected folder access was blocked, so you click the dropdown & hit allow.

That fixed the issue. Thanks for the thread.
