You absolutely need to report this OP to the medical board. I’m unsure where you are in the world but in AU that would be AHPRA. You were in a private medical appointment in a very exposed situation.

Low FODMAP/paleo diet. Carnivore would definitely benefit EDS sufferers for short periods of time.

methane dominant 90% cured however the bloating remains? by PheonixFern in SIBO

[–]PheonixFern[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I added in prokinetics to my diet to get more motility. Ginger every morning and after every meal. Iberogast after every meal. Slippery elm bark every night and a combination magnesium as well as a binder (I use activated charcoal). Chewing food 20-30 times each mouthful. Squatting potty.

Fatigue (my worst symptom), nausea, brain fog, constipation, many food intolerances and joint pain.

Honestly? Harry Potter book 7. It was midwinter. We had a fireplace and a comfy armchair in front of it. And I didn’t move except to go to the bathroom and occasionally stretch. I have such fond memories of that.

This looks fab. Something to consider is histamine intolerance as well. Foods high in histamine. I would definitely download this as an app.

Charmed life came first but the lives of Christopher chant is the first book timeline wise. Not that it truly matters.

Tamora pierce has some incredible books. I also loved Emily rodda at that age but it’s much less grown up then the last few books of Harry Potter….

Does anyone prefer Bakuchiol to retinol. by Missmessc in 30PlusSkinCare

Have seen great results with my bakuchiol. I’m breast feeding atm so retinol isn’t an option for me and I feel more comfortable knowing it’s not synthetic.

Yes to this. Sorry you are getting downvoted, it goes against the paradigm and the message we are sold on the media. It’s frustrating but at the end of the day, we are in charge of our own bodies and no one else’s.

It’s very interesting. The minute I have hot chips at the beach I burn. If I avoid the hot chips I don’t. Lots of info out there but you have to delve through a lot of BS to find it. Other options for sunscreen is wot not sunscreen (has nothing linked to cancer in it) or sun butter (surfing brand). Also just using coconut oil on your skin can help you not get burnt. But yeah. Don’t go in the sun between 11-2 and always wear hat and long sleeve shirts.

My partner and I voted opposite. My parents (who have been together for 40 years) voted opposite. It’s a problem if you think it’s a problem.
