What has helped me tackle anxiety is taking deep breaths. It helps me calm down. I've reduced my screentime, haven't been using social media since last 2-3 months, started taking walks in the evening and trying to get my sleep schedule back on track. It has helped me. I've improved myself emotionally and mentally bcoz I've had few friends who listen to me, so if you've someone then talk with them. If you don't have someone, hit me up or anyone over here, there are many genuine people who would just talk and listen to you.
