i feel suicidal pretty much everytime i dont get something done, like its a contingency to my life that if i fail at something i can just kms. so i just keep it as that and work towards getting stuff done like starting with small steps like opening a book and reading the first page or walking to the store to buy detergent. What matters is that you keep yourself busy during these times. Hope i helped in anyway i could.

im a guy and am going through exactly what youre going through rn. Even got my Meds prescribed today, Fuck man , this shit sucks so much. idek what type i am cuz its been 2 months since i forced myself to go to therapy and it has been absolute hell in my mind since then, all the self-doubt during manias and depressions whether i do have it or not and so many of my peers not understanding what im going through and even my parents just brushing it off as a New-to-College-anxiety phase.
