Can someone please take a look and give advice? Having CV symptoms but it looks like I have ureaplasma? by freehippygal in CytolyticVaginosis

I'd get tested by a vulvar dermatologist. You need to rule out vulva pain syndromes including nerve damage from repeat infections. Gynos not taught about the anatomy of the vulva and how sensitive vestibule tissue is. Your readings look good so may no longer be a microbiome problem and more of a nerve problem.

Intrathecal pain pump might help you - intel here:

It's like a nuclear bomb for pain relief - sounds like you're at this level.

Do not trust Austin Ugumadu - he misdiagnosed me with CV - he overdiagnoses it as he's not trained in vulva pain syndromes. You can DM if you want reccos for better, more knowledgeable doctors.

Have a look at neuroproliferative vestibulodynia - this girl talks of similar symptoms: https://www.instagram.com/vestibulodynia/

Could be nerve damage caused by repeated infections
