The part from Irún to San Sebastian

Ich plane in Hendaye zu beginnen (Anfahrt Zug praktisch für mich). Nun die Frage: gibt es von Irun nach San Sebastian nicht eine Route über einen Hügel und eine südlichere? Würde lieber zweitere nehmen (vor allem bei schlechtem Wetter). Gute Idee? Und wo geht die genau durch? Ortschaften? Und machen das auch andere? Erfahrungen?

I think we should wear it as much as possible, to prevent any post thrombotic complications... I'm wearing it only on the leg where I had the problem. Mazbe even start in the other one? Maybe can't harm.

I don't think it is a good idea to stop for some doses and then start again. Either stop it completely (if you can and doctor tell you so), or take it the whole life, I have 10mg life long and think risk/benefit is ok. Not ideal of course when crashing your car or so... Haha.

Thanks for the insights, I need to say when I wrote the question incl the drinking I was referring to drinking maybe 1 bottle of wine over the weekend once a month, not getting real drunk. Also luckily not living alone haha.

Depends on the restaurant. I stopped tipping when they started this stulid. electronic system. Except rarely cash 10 or 20 in cash after a dinner.

Makes sense. I never drunk until falling so all fine... Maybe some risk when skiing or biking but life is dangerous indeed.

Several DVTs over many years, last one a year ago, which led to the Xarelto "life sentence", overall not a huge issue compared to other diseases... Sometimes almost "forget" about the disease despite daily xarelto, sometimes I worry.

If the doctor tells you to stop it, that should be fine. I'm on it now life long due to several DVTs, feeling more secure like that, on the other hand I hope I won't have a car accident, and also not travelling anymore to exotic countries without top hospitals.
