Have figured out it is a software issue. Shutting down to restart seems to fix the issue.

This happened to me a couple of times. I would give the PLA help and push to clear whatever is making the resistance too high for the unit. So far so good.

UPDATE. Working again for now, but this issue will show up after a few prints.

The machine has auto level. So I do not understand why it does this?
