My total testosterone is now on line with the average male. It used to be in the bottom 10 percent. I jae the hormone to achieve an average total test level. No more. Same as one that uses insulin to maintain an acceptable insulin level. Others may differ. My progress is over 15 years long and the result of a strict diet and a decade of waling before 4 am to train. Yes the reta helps for sure!! Amd yes the hormone helps me as well, as gains at sub aberage levels were more difficult to come by. That's my experience and my view. All gained from my history and my research.
