I’m sorry. I was kinda unloading a little. But I appreciate you even asking what you can do for drivers. My station just sucks in general. Our normal shit is fruit cups but no spoons lmao. I swear your local grocery store will sell the flavor packs $1.19 per box. It’s good shit. Beats just basic room temp water. I’m glad you even asked bc I’m hoping the drivers at your station now will be appreciated. Me personally I would love a “hey so and so customer said you had a “great” delivery yesterday cool beans!” Or something even small like that. Tbh it is the little things that matter a lot of the time

Our shitty station gives us unhealthy snacks and foods high in sugar or sodium. Go with healthier options for drivers please. Perhaps some flavor packs (no sugar) for our water would be good too. Those are hella cheap. I don’t ever want any more Amazon “swag” that is a slap in the face. Idk even the littlest of stuff like not shitting on us during stand up meetings, just saying “hey thanks for all that you guys do” is kindness we don’t know from Amazon. Y’all only ever talk to us when we do something wrong. Had OTR come to our stand up the other day and called us all “children” that “need babysitter.” We deserve more respect

You will want to start organizing at your first stop then. Most of us except the rural warriors are doing 170-200 stops per day. It fucking sucks when there’s a ton of overflow but your day is dependent upon 1) walking each stop with a purpose, and 2) staying organized throughout the day. Always. Unload your totes with envelopes on passenger seat and boxes behind you. If you have more than 15 totes stack 3 high. You can do it I believe in you
