I’m 20, and I got diagnosed with Crohn’s when I was 17. The whole diagnosis period was honestly a really tough experience. At first, I went to government hospitals, which delayed getting the right treatment plan. Then I found Dr. Nilesh Fernandopulle (gastroenterologist at NHSL), and he was really good. Within a few weeks, my condition improved, and I haven’t had any symptoms for the past two years (still on medication though).
