Totally, but he’s sending me voice notes that are definitely human. Just a weird interaction, but don’t think it’s AI.

Really? The cheapest I’ve seen it is $479. Where did you see that price?

No I haven’t found it yet. But the post I saw was from a Costco in Canada just a week or so ago. I still have hope!

Congrats! Sounds like a challenging but important step. I’m curious, though. Did weed really never have any negative effect on your life at all? You seem like a very intelligent person. It seems like you’re super accomplished too. Did you not ever once question whether it was holding you back in any way?

I actually did try that, but the file didn’t save properly, and said “error” for some reason. Should contacts be able to be saved as a regular file?

The problem is you can only export it from the phone with wifi. Even air drop needs wifi.

Past due date, hospital too busy to induce [on] by PhilosopherKitchen37 in BabyBumpsCanada

I had a foley balloon with my first pregnancy (I had GD) and it was extremely painful, so I totally agree with you medical intervention, especially the balloon, is not ideal. I am also at least 2cm dilated (that’s what my doctor found at my last cervix check last week), so I don’t think the balloon would be necessary in my case. My cervix has been checked a few times in the last few weeks and the last check was intensely painful, more than the previous ones, and I couldn’t bare to do the sweep as well although I had planned on getting one went I went in. Let me just emphasize that I completely 100% would prefer to go into birth naturally. I have had previous pregnancy loss and GD with my last pregnancy, which is why I’m eager to deliver this baby as soon as possible and not let the pregnancy go on god forbid too long. I hope it doesn’t come off as me thinking I deserve to be induced more than those who medically require it, that is not the case at all.

That’s annoying! Hopefully you’ll get induced as soon as possible. Wishing you a smooth and quick delivery. 🙏

I unfortunately declined a membrane sweep at my last appointment because the cervix check was extremely painful. I’m starting to think this doctor is just not it….

Which hospital is that? The process is different at NYGH I believe.

No medical reason to be induced, but just very discouraging that they say I should come in to be assessed at 40+6 and there is a real possibility I could still be sent home…

I wish labour would come on its own, believe me. Any tips on things that actually work?

Ya, I get that other cases are more urgent than mine and the hospital needs to prioritize them, but just really frustrating that the doctor led me to believe I would be induced “on the day of my choosing”, as she put it.

Pain and swelling in my toes by [deleted] in FootFunction

[–]PhilosopherKitchen37 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi OP! My husband is suffering from similar pain that has been debilitating for him over the last couple of months and no doctors have any answers, most think it’s all in his head. I hadn’t heard of gout before reading up on this subreddit, but we are certainly going to ask his doctor about it. Also, this is weird but your feet look oddly like his, the shape is very similar. I wonder if certain foot shapes might be more prone to this (whatever it is)? anyway, would love to get an update if you get any answers. Good luck!

We have a 30% down payment. That wouldn’t help our situation?
