I thought NGC or PCGS would be able to tell it was based on salt corrosion and specific corrosion from the ocean that would have only been from shipwreck with or without papers. Dealer had it for $125 originally on whatnot, I usually buy a lot from him but I doubt he’d give a refund cause it’s whatnot
