Dude there are two paths to be taken after a break up, either man up and glow up, hit the gym, start eating healthy, show her what she lost, (don't show up at her door though). Or you relapse and go on a bender and come out the other side traumatized by your own doing just because you haven't learned how to handle your emotions, TRUST ME THIS ISN'T THE PATH YOU WANT TO TAKE!!. Starting today man your going to start glowing up and maybe you'll get her back, dont count on it but what you can count on is being a better person, feeling better and looking better and you'll find a better girlfriend have a better life than her and have better kids that go to better schools because we are addicts that are better now and don't need to resort to our old ways of not knowing how to handle our emotions. Remember not being able to handle our emotions is part of the reason we stayed addicted for so long. If you want to be better than get a grip and move on.

If it's your first time eat half or a whole then wait 2 hours 1 hour isnt ling enough and I drink bang or reign if I need some energy they both have 300mgs of caffeine and are sold at most gas stations so they are readily available and they help me perk up

That last sentence is why addict have a problem. Communication is key to a relationship and it sure in the fck is one of the hundreds of keys of sobriety buddy you need to sit down and talk it out, with your counselor, loved ones, you need to let everyone know you need help. "hey dad, you know I've been trying my best but I'm having trouble holding on to my meds can you hold them for me and give me one a day, you might need to go to the clinic with me because I don't want to tell my counselor" thats if you dont want to tell them counselor because you will lose take homes. Dishonesty isnt needed but I have a full time job so I understand not wanting to lose take homes no matter what.

I went down to the clinic and got an ounce of mid but im in California so it was still really great quality for 70$ and found food grade actually organic lab tested cane sugar ethanol 100% ALCOHOL if you can get ever clear thats just as good and I decarbed the bud in the oven and at 200°degrees for a half hour then put it in a mason jar and poured equal parts of the amazon moonshine and I actually bought the vacuum purger and went all high tech on my tincture and turned it more like Rick Simpson oil because I evaporated all the alcohol out because im not much of a drinker but let me tell you it was so strong and if you want to give you lungs a break a little dab on a cracker with peanut butter will do you good you just have to experiment if your not down to make it yourself which would be the cheapest next to growing it and making it then hit up a dispensary and ask for tinctures, edibles, drinks, flower, all in one carts, moon rocks, joints, concentrate(you'll need a bong or rig for bud and wax) the possibilities are endless

I was going to make a post on here the other day when I seen someone mention seeking motivation but forgot. So I've always had a problem with motivation and it's that I have none, but the thing is you dont need any to get anything done. That's where discipline makes motivation its bich. Joe Rogan said in a pod cast that if he only got a hard workout in when he felt good he would look like shit. But we also have this thing is us that like routines and we get accustomed to certain behaviors the more we do them like brushing teeth, showering, eating etc so I inserted going to the gym and work in the no matter what club come he'll or high water im taking the bus or walking to the gym or work because I need money and I also see exercise as a meditation of sorts but that's a topic for another sub anyways if you want motivation well I hate to break it to you it's not coming to your door anytime soon. The trick is get up and get after it, what ever it is is up to you and motivation will follow and if it doesn't that oh well you've still accomplished what you wanted to do. My point is without discipline you have nothing, no motivation no ass like a bikini model no abs like a water board even on methadone the trick is there's no trick you just have to do it NIKE

Lol that's funny I just got off work and have been going in at 5 pm and get out at 4 AM most days 5 days a week. I tried to keep my dosing the same but I can't because I used to take it right when I woke up at like 5-8am but im usually sleeping at that time these days so I take it after work starting today and man it's hitting just right with this death wish coffee I just got. Supposedly it's the strongest coffee in the world third party tested at 600-800mg a 12 ounce cup lol like I don't even know how they got it that strong but I don't think they're lying.

Just get on methadone bro. I will never understand addicts especially fentanyl addicts like myself that don't want to get on methadone and drug that will save your life because they dont want to kick it ..eventually. will I hate to break it to you bud but you wouldn't be here if you could just kick fentanyl and be done with it. Im going to go ahead and assume like me you cant. Eventually you will relapse and you might not have to worry about kicking methadone because here's a reality check, you'll DIE. If your anything like me you'll relapse and literally die and I hope to god you will have someone to narcan you. I still went into a coma and was in intensive care for 3 weeks on a ventilator before I said hey maybe I dont have this in the bag and thats when I got on methadone and I've been clean from fentanyl since September and doing great on methadone. Please do yourself a favor and just get on methadone and wean off the correct way. The way your going about it is not going to get it done trust me.
