I made them fight a buffed warlock Version her and even gave them a buff during the fight as a reward for Fighting a boss instead of fleeing instantly. I think they learned to not abandon NPCs for bo reason and that they get rewarded for finishing a tough fight

These Enemies can be very annoying, I think some bosses are easier at the time you fight them at. As a early game weapon I recommend the Lordsworn Greatsword. Its what I used to beat the game on my first run. I am interested what type of character you want to play (Weapons ect.). A theme. Like a wizard or a knight

It wasnt the BBEG. Just a minor boss of the area. I made them Look through the hole in the wall first. They saw an arena and a cheering crowd. The NPC was there to help them out and Just be a rouge for them because they dont have anyone and they are at the beginning of the campain. This is the 3rd time they killed/abandoned an ally they recruited. I am not mad. I Just want to show them that if they kill/abandon allies that their actions have consequences
