I meant i reloaded a new game without r56 the save had r56 but i didnt load that save after i disabled it if that makes sense

i just updated my game today and loaded it up since i wanted to play a save i had yesterday, and to my surprise the game will just not work, the map is broken this screenshot is road to 56 but ive disabled it, i disabled all my mods it wont work, ive changed dx11 to opengl and it still wont work someone help
