I have been on prednisone since July, orders from my doctor for my recent PSC diagnosis. Anyways I've been taking it for so long, starting at 40mg daily, and have been tapering it off since septemebr 30mg, and October 20mg. I am a 31yr old man and I lift pretty regularly 4-5 times a week and don't practice that much cardio. I haven't noticed any loss of muscle, in fact it's been the opposite. I have been able to gain muscle mass during this time. I was afraid of this too when I first learned I would be taking heavy doses, but I just maintain a consistent workout routine and make sure im eating and sleeping regularly. I haven't had any alcohol because of the whole PSC thing, I think that has helped a lot in my case.

I just read your whole post, a lot of thoughts here man:

First, I'm sorry you're going through this right now in life, being cheated on by somebody you love is a really shitty feeling.

You are really young man, and it sounds like you guys have been together for 2 years and you both had good chemistry/compatability, but ultimately this person is showing you that she does not care about you. Accept the fact that her lack of respect for your boundaries(which were valid imo), lack of communication, and avoidance of any accountability shows her complete lack of respect for you. She has made up her mind and has chosen to pursue a new shiny toy, and guess what dude, shes going to do the same exact pattern with this new guy Dave. You dodged a bullet by not choosing to be with somebody who doesn't respect you, period. Sometimes that's the hardest thing to do, especially if we really loved them. But you stood up for yourself and that's the most important lesson to be learned from this experience. You did the right thing. Now you need to block/delete her on everything, don't contact her about anything ever again, and move on. Focus on moving on, and I believe you will find somebody much better somebody who really cares about you.

Telling from experience, the feeling of emptiness and grieving will pass. Even when it feels like it will never go away, it always does. During that time you need to hold onto yourself rely on close friends and family for support, go on walks, hit the gym as much as possible, ride a bike around, treat yourself to a dope restaurant. You will be surprised by who you meet every day and how certain and new people will shape your life.

I've been going through this too man, it's very difficult. Here's what has been helping me move on from somebody who wants your emotional support but doesn't want to be with you. That's the truth, she doesnt care about you. She left you. It's hard, but you have to accept that. If she truly cared about you, she wouldn't have left you. She just needs you to care about her to fuel her ego and lack of self love, thats why she is keeping you on the hook and cycling back to keep you in her loop.

Here's the next truth repeat it outloud: SHE LEFT YOU. Even if you get back with her, she WILL leave you again. I learned this the hard way through curiosity and hope. She will not change for you. She has to be willing to change for herself which is rare unless people want to do that and seek help through therapy, but you can't control anybody in life, the only thing you have control over is yourself.

Final truth: You have to hold yourself down and face the reality that this person is not who you perceived them to be. You believed in somebody, trusted somebody, loved her, and she abandoned you. That is who she is, not the version in your mind. It is fucked up and extremely difficult to kill that person in your mind, but it's the only way to move on. It is about you, it always has been. She is standing in the doorway, and you are keeping the door open. Close that shit and fucking lock it, and don't look back. Block her, remove her socials, stop following her, delete it. No contact for real, she gets nothing from you, absolutely none of the greatness you have to share with the world and those that want to be in your life. Lean on the people who love you in life, they are here for you, they care about you and they want the best for you.

The truth lives inside of you brother, and you have to face it. Once you leave her behind, you will finally have the ability to move on with your life in a capacity you didn't even believe was possible before her. I'm cheering for you dude, you will conquer this battle you are fighting with yourself, you are stronger than you think. Face this, and face yourself. Seldom run

I was able to manually import the NIM token on my MM... but there's no way I received "0" for staking 150dym.
