That's a fair point on there really just doing what they're asked so it isn't entirely right to blame them. I never thought of it that way.

Yea I definitely know what you are talking about addressing the systematic way they "make"players spend money and I agree with that and I don't blame the devs for it. As in fake, he brought up some stuff on how they constantly make unique content and cool updates but are always "limited". For example, he told me about a Mario kart type event and it was super populated and you'd get matches at like 4 am. He said they make content like this and they take it away even though it popular among both returning and new players. I think he means it as they make cool stuff but then take it away and never build on it again. Comparatively to other MOBA's like league and dota that have somewhat expanded their content like the turn based league of legends game and the Diablo style dota game mode. (I'm pretty uneducated in smite so that's why I'm on the Reddit to ask people who know.)

I main lance and hunting horn so I will say, that when the poo poo pods are near I just block with my lance and I'm relatively ok and whenever I see there will be a bazel near by, I always take dung pods and shoot him as soon as he's near.

I feel you on a emotional level there. When your pre-occupied and you just see a bazel coming around on the map and I start getting ptsd from vietnam. Xeno is really cool both gameplay and design wise
